Neighborhood Market Update (11/27)

Prices in Alston Court continue to inch lower and lower. 126 Alston Circle was reduced again today from $144,900 to $143,900. This and the price reduction at 114 Alston Circle last week prompted me to pull the numbers again.

The last time I checked stats for the neighborhood was November 7, almost three weeks ago. The price per square foot then was $137. It now sits at

Price Reduction at 114 Alston Circle (Again)

Just a quick note before I head out for the holiday… 114 Alston Circle has been reduced in price again. It is now down to $139,864. The home came on the market September 8 at $149,876, so this is a significant reduction.

Price Reduction at 105 Ceinwein

With 63 days on the market, 105 Ceinwein has dropped in price a second time. On September 13 the home came on the market at $156,500. It is now $147,900. This brings the home down to $118 per square foot. This is significantly lower than the neighborhood average of

Motivated Sellers

It may not be the best time to sell, but it is definitely the best time to buy, no doubt about it. The home at 126 Alston Circle first came on the market July 20 at $149,900. It sat for two months, the tenants left, and the sellers took it off the market to do some repairs and cleaning.
