This just in! We have another home under contract in Alston Court. This makes five houses in the first six weeks of the year!! The latest home to have found its buyer is 120 Shropshire. The home was on the market for 141 days and was priced at $146,899, which is $139 a square foot, for those who are counting.

Yet another home in Alston Court has come under contract! That makes four homes in one month. This time it’s 126 Alston Circle, which has been on the market since July 20, 2008, with a short break from September to October. The original list price was $149,900, and it has come under contract with a list price of $129,900. This puts the value of the home at $121 per square foot.
