The second was 116 Shropshire on January 31. It sold for $131,900 and was on the market for 10 days. Price per square foot was $142.
Two other homes have come under contract this year. One of them is still under contract; one of them has come back on the market as an active listing.
There are currently three active listings, one under contract, one for sale by owner, and one home for rent in Alston Court. Average price per square foot of the five homes sold in the last six months is $129; days on the market is 69.
