Foreclosure: 100 Bronwen

The Berkeley County Master’s Foreclosure List for the month of June indicates 100 Bronwen Ct. is a bank-owned property with a deficiency sale date of July 7, 2008. The Berkeley County tax records confirm that on June 19 the home was turned over to Wells Fargo. It needs some work, but it’s an opportunity to get a good deal on a house in Alston Court. The home is 1224 square feet and sits on the corner lot of a cul-de-sac. Call me for more details, 843.574.3193.

Shame on me for not checking your blog, I usually do so at least once a month. Can you tell me more about this forclosed property, is it still available, how many bedrooms, what type of work does it need etc and what is the asking price. If it’s already gone what did it go for?

    Thanks
    Paul Kitchin

I’m checking on this Paul. Wells Fargo owns the home, they have a real estate company representing them but I haven’t been able to connect with an agent yet. I was in the home approximately 1 year ago. Seems like it had three bedrooms, but the garage may have been converted to make a 4th. It needed a lot of cosmetic work. I will keep you posted. Thanks for reading my blog!

This home should be on the market by next week. When a price for it becomes available, I will let you know.

Update: As of August 29 this home has still not come on the market. The banks are busy! Rest assured alstoncourt.org blog readers will be the first to know when pricing and availability become available.
