The Charleston Trident Association of Realtors® (CTAR) presented awards of distinction for 2008 to the top 3% of its membership Tuesday morning. The Association honored members who demonstrated exceptional sales achievement, involvement in the Association, dedication to continued education, and adherence to the Realtor® Code of Ethics.
Members were recognized in groups that included Rookie Realtor®, Director’s Circle, President’s Circle, Executive Circle, and Commercial. There was also an award given to the Realtor® of the Year.
Stephanie Davis of Carolina One Real Estate in Goose Creek was the only Rookie Realtor® award recipient. She earned the distinction with 14 homes sold in 2008, participation on the CTAR Programs Committee, attendance at CTAR events and training, and by upholding the Realtor® Code of Ethics through her business practices.
“It’s an honor to be included in this group of accomplished professionals,” Davis said. “The most rewarding thing about it has been the response of my past clients and those I’ve done business with. They’ve said they had no idea I was new to real estate!”
Davis attributes much of her success to the support of her family and the agents she works with. “We are like a big family in that office, always sharing ideas and helping each other grow,” she said. “They have really helped me find my wings and fly. I can’t wait to see what 2009 holds.”
